Selection Of A Portable Toilet

Portable toilets are toilets that are temporary and can be moved to the area wanted. It is a small enclosed area used for the  specific purpose of a toilet. It is seen mostly at construction sites, fairs, beaches, trailer parks and any site which  requires a toilet that does not have permanent basis. The portable toilet is large enough for one person to occupy. There is  a waste tank that is attached to the toilet where all the waste is collected and has to be disposed off by every morning.

A  portable hand wash system is also provided here where one has to push a lever to pump the water to fall out from the spout.  Some have a disinfectant dispenser and tissues. The newer models are providing toilet paper. There is a system to flush after  the occupant is done. This can either be done by pulling a lever to flush or the seat has a automatic sensor that will be  activated once the occupant is done. There is a certain pressure the seat will go through and a sensor attached senses this  and activates the flush. These units are also called porta potties.

They are very useful when having a large party at home,  this way your guests are not inconvenienced and neither are you as this ensures the guests stay out of your bathroom. When  selecting one please find out the rates for rent and whether any deposit has to be given. Ask if you could have a look at the  model they are providing. The rates vary depending on the model being hired. A deposit is required in most cases to ensure  that if any damages occur when using the porta potty it can be recovered form the deposit.

There will be additional charges  for the drop and pick up as well as the clean up. Usually the ones put up for public usage especially at trailers, camping  spots are maintained by the local authorities but the ones for private use have to hire a company to come empty it and clean  it. Make sure the portable toilet is clean when it arrives and that the functions it has are working, such as the door lock,  the taps and other fittings. If there are problems contact the company and ensure they replace it or provide a solution right  away. Portable toilets are becoming common day by day.
